Standard Times

At Pure & Simple, we take pride in promptly processing your order within 2 business days. Please allow us up to 4 business days to provide you with tracking information for your order.

We ship our orders via ground transportation to ensure prompt delivery. The standard delivery time ranges from 2 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that unforeseeable circumstances such as weather conditions, high volume of packages during peak seasons, or discrepancies in payment or shipping information may cause a delay in the delivery time.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges

We’re happy to help when possible, but exchanges are subject to stock availability. The quickest option is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If a size exchange is available for your item, we’ll provide instructions during your return request.


Return Eligibility & Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Items must be:

  • New, unworn, unwashed, and free of odors or stains

  • With all original tags/packaging attached

  • Not Final Sale (see Final Sale below)

Not eligible: Final Sale items and certain hygienic items (e.g., bodysuits) are non-returnable.


How to Start a Return

Start your return through our Return portal.

Follow the steps provided to receive your instructions and any prepaid return label offered for your region.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Within the U.S.: For returns requested within 30 days of delivery, we provide a prepaid return label at no charge.

  • International orders: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our designated warehouse(s). Please contact Customer Service for instructions before shipping your return.

If you choose to use your own carrier instead of our label (where available), you’re responsible for the shipment and cost. Use a trackable service.

Packaging & Tracking

Your return package must be clearly marked as a return and shipped using a trackable method. Keep your tracking number until your refund is completed.


Refunds & Processing Times

  • Returns are typically processed within 2 business days of arriving at our warehouse.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and confirmed via email. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.


Final Sale

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Bodysuits are final sale for hygienic reasons.
