How do I find my size?
Use our Size Guide to find your best fit. If you need help choosing a size, contact our team and include the item you are considering.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before your order is processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Pure & Simple US currently ships within the United States. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $12.95. Shipping is free on US orders over $100. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within up to 2 business days. Ground delivery typically takes 2–10 business days, depending on destination. Tracking information may take up to 4 business days to become available.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return window?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, free of odors or stains, and returned with original tags and packaging.
What items are final sale?
Final Sale items and bodysuits are non-returnable. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
How do I start a return or exchange?
